     መጠን 
    • ጆግ  ቢጫ  ማር 
    • 2  ጆግ ጌሾ ( በደንብ  የተለቀመ)
    • ጆግ  ዉሃ
    • 1/2 ማንኪያ ዕርድ ( ለመልክ ካስፈለገ)
    • 1/2 ጆግ  ጠጅ ( ለእርሾ)




    አዘገጃጀት
    1. ውሃውን ለብ ማድርግ
    2. ማሩን ለብ ባለው ውሃ ባግባቡ መበጥበጥ
    3. ጌሾዉን በደንብ  አጥቦ የተበጠበጠው ማር ዉስጥ መጨመር 
    4. ለእርሾ ያዘጋጀነው ጠጅ እና ለመልክ ያዘጋጀነውን ዕርድ ጨምሮ በሚገባ ማማሠል እና ማዋሃድ እናም ሙቀት    ያለው ቦታ በደንብ ከድኖ ማስቀመጥ 
    5. እስኪነሳ  ድረስ በየ ሦስት ቀኑ በእንጨት ማማሠል 
    6. በ12ኛው  ቀን በማጣሪያ ካጣራን በኅዋላ ያጣራነውን በእቃ ማስቀመጥ
    7. ከ5 ቀን በሁዋላ ክላይ የጠለለውን ጠጅ በጠርሙሥ ዉስጥ መቅዳት እና ክስር የሚዘቅጠውን አተላ መድፋት
